Threaded PVC Piping (Riser)
Our computerized threading system (CNC) offers a “Flush joint” connection which is tight, resistant, reliable and quick to assemble. We manufacture threading to ASTM F-480 specifications.

The piping is compliant with the ASTM D1784, ASTM D1785, NSF14 and NSF61 quality standards.
Slotted PVC Piping (Screen)
Our automated cross slotting system guarantees the dimensions and distribution on the tube surface, maximizing the net open area which facilitates the transmission of fluids and in turn retains most of the packing filter or natural formation.

The piping is compliant with the ASTM D1784, ASTM D1785, NSF14 and NSF61 quality standards.

Dual packed piping for filter (H-Pack)
Integral prefabricated filter composed of two slotted tubes of different diameters, one centralized within the other. The intermediate space is filled with graduated silica sand. The H-Pack is a viable solution when soil conditions make it difficult to build traditional monitoring wells.
We manufacture the threading to ASTM F-480 specifications.

Stainless Steel centralizers
Our stainless-steel centralizers ensure that the PVC pipe is properly centered within a bore, facilitating the construction and proper operation of wells.
PVC bottom end caps
We offer a wide variety of flat and point screw caps for the construction of environmental wells. The advantages of using end caps are that they facilitate the installation of the pipe inside the bore and ensure its correct positioning.
Locking well plugs
We offer heavy-duty and conventional plastic locking well plugs. These plugs hermetically seal the upper end of the pipe and, with the addition of a padlock, prevent unauthorized opening.

Manholes
Prefabricated metal structure that provides access to a well and protects it from damage by vandalism and accidents. This register is installed at floor level allowing free transit upon it.
Well protectors
Prefabricated metal pedestal-type structure that provides access to a well and protects it from damage by vandalism or accidents. In order to prevent unauthorized opening a padlock is required. This protector rises above the surface level and is installed in rugged areas, land susceptible to flooding or erosion, as well as in areas where it does not interfere with traffic.

Stainless padlocks
We offer bronze or brass padlocks with a one key opening system. The manufacturing material prevents oxidation which guarantees a good opening and closing operation in the long term.

Bentonite chips
Sodium bentonite in the form of gravel used in environmental well construction processes. Due to its highly expansive property, it serves to form seal liners, which prevent vertical migration of fluids, avoiding potential cross contamination.

Bentonite powder
Sodium bentonite powder is used in the production of grout water-cement to reduce the contraction.

Silica sand
Graduated aggregate that is used in the construction of environmental wells to form the filter jacket around the slotted section of the pipe. Its graduation varies according to the type of soil and slot opening.

BAILERS
Disposable device made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is mainly used for obtaining groundwater samples in monitoring wells.

Surfactant detergent
Precision powder cleaner that leaves no residue, anti-corrosion, is biodegradable and easily disposable. It is used for effective washing of soil sampling devices.
